Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days.

Orders received at our fulfillment center before 12:00 PM IST should ship that same day; orders received after 12:00 PM IST should ship the next Business Day.

3. DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

4. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

5. WHAT IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY SELECTION? CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?

6. HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN REQUEST?

You can create a Return Request by following simple steps

  1. Go to Contact us Tab
  2. Select the Subject Return or Refund
  3. Fill in the details and Submit

7. HOW AND WHERE DO I APPLY A COUPON ON MY ORDER?

You can apply a coupon on cart page before placing the order, under Discount code on your right hand side.
Your coupon will not be valid if you use it at the checkout page under Gift Voucher.
Coupon code need to put before order placement.

8. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

We do  charge Sales tax over and above the price offered on Staylo.in; offered prices are inclusive of all taxes.

You must be a registered account holder on Staylo.in to access your order history. Order history displayed in your online account includes all your online purchases, but only those purchases made after establishing an account.
